The foundation of our program: Whether you train with me in-studio or virtually, you’ll know you are getting top-quality training rooted in research and my 20 + years of experience as a trainer.
By devoting my main focus to small groups and strength training I can maintain an individual connection with each client and implement proper and effective training methodology to help all participants, regardless of age or current fitness levels, achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
I get to know you, learn when to push you to the next level, increase your resistance or make modifications for you, reach out when you miss a class, and check in when I sense you need some extra support.
