Sanskrit Mantra Night at LivFitness with Jill Jardine
Join Parashakti Jill Jardine, Certified teacher of Sanskrit Mantra, as she leads the group in chanting in Sacred Sanskrit. Chanting in Sanskrit is the “Yoga of Sound” and provides many benefits, such as creating mental clarity, emotional elevation and physical healing and vitality. By chanting mantras for certain energies, such as health or prosperity, one can raise their vibration to experience these qualities.
Reverend Jill has been teaching mantras and leading chanting groups for the past 10 years.

Massage, Mantra, Mudra, & Music with Chrstine Cotter
Massage: is incorporated with the support of assists and stretches in yoga poses. Self care techniques using tennis balls to relax and elongate the muscles.
Mudra:(gesture) are described as hand positions. A mudra guides energy flow and helps to stimulate different parts of the body, guided with prana-yama(breath work). Mudras will help clear the mind!
Mantra: a word or sound to be repeated to aid in concentration and meditation.
Music: Sound bath is an experience of relaxation and transformation through sound and vibration.

Meditation, especially in a group setting, can enhance one’s goals and efforts toward personal and spiritual growth. Ronnie will guide you into a sacred space of relaxation; a place of wholeness of body, mind and spirit.
Everyone will have an opportunity to receive a healing and share their experiences.

Restorative Yoga Workshop with Mary O'Toole
Take an inward journey of healing toward a renewal of body and mind through restorative yoga and therapeutic touch. Together these techniques will help you reach a deep layer of release and relaxation.
Over the course of the two-hour workshop, you will receive guided therapeutic restorative yoga poses with hands-on adjustments using Reiki.
Foot Reflexology and Reiki will be offered during class if you are open to it. Our time together ends with a guided meditation and a long relaxation to bring you to a peaceful balanced state. This workshop is suitable for all levels of fitness.
Please bring your own yoga mat, water, blanket and pillow

GONG MEDITATION JOURNEY with Mary Bonner
The deep penetrating sound waves created by gongs have a powerfully therapeutic effect on a person’s body, mind and nervous system. Multiple overtones silence mind chatter and allow the body to simply unwind. Stress falls away as the sound oscillates throughout your body. It’s kind of like getting a sonic massage! Listeners find they feel energized, uplifted and sublimely relaxed. Oftentimes, they experience deeply personal journeys into elevated states of consciousness .This is truly an experience that anyone can benefit from and enjoy!
What you need for a session:
- A comfortable mat to lie on
- A pillow or support for your head, and maybe a support for the knees
- A blanket for warmth
- If you prefer to sit, a backjack/stadium chair is perfectly fine.
